VERONICA KINGSTON
Over 25 years' experience of leadership roles in the Medical Device industry, including Molynlycke Healthcare, Boston Scientific, Stryker and Medtronic. Veronica brings a wealth of experience in Manufacturing Quality excellence, Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Quality & Regulatory Compliance.
Prior to OD Consulting, Veronica was a Global Quality leader with Medtronic. She has worked in the UK, Ireland and USA. She is currently based in Park City Utah.
- Having led several acquisitions and integrations from a Quality and Regulatory perspective, Veronica has a detailed knowledge of helping this process succeed.
- Veronica has turned around the Quality culture in several manufacturing sites and has won awards for Lean business process deployment, Talent development and ‘Best Quality performing plant’.
- She has first-hand expertise with inspection readiness activity and risk mitigation, producing excellent results across many inspections visits from many regulatory bodies.
- She has also led companies in resolving Notified body/FDA inspection compliance issues while addressing the cultural or process issue ensuring a complete resolution.
Veronica has a BSc in Science & Technology, and a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Management & Marketing, both from University College Cork, Ireland. She has also a Postgraduate in Bio-ventures - Early Phase Device Introduction, from the University of Utah.
Veronica’s quality philosophy is patient centric and about always doing the ‘right thing’ for the patient. It is with this philosophy that she approaches her work on a daily basis.
